GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

SureFire AntStar Granular Insecticide is a convenient ready to use formulation for the control of nominated turf pests.

For application use a granular spreader that can be calibrated for even output and is capable of giving even application.

Use a double application technique i.e. half rate - half width to achieve a full rate application.

Apply under calm conditions, thereby reducing drift to non-target areas and optimising particle distribution for good insect control.

SureFire AntStar Granular Insecticide can be used as a protective treatment when applied at regular intervals or as a knockdown treatment to control existing pests.

Best results are obtained when SureFire AntStar Granular Insecticide is applied before pest populations build up to damaging levels.

Insecticide Resistance

Warning For insecticide resistance management SureFire AntStar Granular Insecticide is a Group 3A insecticide. Some naturally occurring insect biotypes resistant to SureFire AntStar Granular Insecticide and other Group 3A Insecticides may exist through normal genetic variability in insect population. The resistant individuals can eventually dominate the insect population if SureFire AntStar Granular Insecticide or other Group 3A Insecticides are used repeatedly. The effectiveness of SureFire AntStar Granular Insecticide on resistant individuals could be significantly reduced. Since occurrence of resistant individuals is difficult to detect prior to use, PCT Holdings Pty Ltd accepts no liability for any losses that may result from the failure of SureFire AntStar Granular Insecticide to control resistant insects.

SureFire AntStar Granular Insecticide may be subject to specific resistance management strategies.
